Who to trust and who not to trust!!

Yesterday i was watching Oprah Winfrey, and the topic that was discussed in the beginning of the show was about the new Michael Moore documentary "Sicko". This documentary basically brings up the issue on frauds between your insurance company and your physicians or hospital you get care from. The stories that were revealed were very sad and unforgettable.You trust your doctor to give you the most honest diagnoses about your health or condition, but what if that doctor would give you a wrong diagnosis based on a deal between him/her and your insurance company, where your insurance company states that if you as a physician give a wrong diagnosis it will benefit the physician where they go from a regular salary to a six figure salary. What is your role as doctor? shouldn't your patients put their trust in you? and what about all the money you invest with your insurance company? shouldn't you receive the best of benefits for the money you spend?
